Slow Flow Class

Slow flow class is a meditative flow that involves practicing yoga using a steady flow of breath, holding postures, transitioning smoothly, and opening gently and mindfully with the ability to move deeper into one's body and self. My classes are prepared with a creative sequencing and with a spirit of love and inspiration to help my students benefit and get the most of the practice. My classes offer a balance of everything.


Mindfulness is a practice of cultivating awareness into the present moment by performing mindful exercises. My mindful classes are enriched with mindful breathing, mindful techniques of cultivating attitudes like kindness, encouragement, happiness and acceptance. My classes also offers mindful yoga practice for an alignment of mind and body with own being and with the surroundings.
