Magic Herbal Tea

 Cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, basil, bay leaf, fennel seeds, coriander, and lemongrass. The aroma of this combination of the herbs is delectable, yet healthful. 

The method to make the magic herbal tea is conventional.

  1. Crush all the ingredients into larger pieces.
  2. Boil water and add 1 teaspoon of the mixture in it. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Once the water gives a reddish brown colour. Turn Off the stove and store the tea in a thermos for about 1 hour before serving.

 

This herbal tea also has some notable health benefits.

  • It helps in digestion of food. 
  • It can reduce addiction to caffeine.
  • It aids to weight loss (with an intake of a balanced diet).
  • It is recommended to be good for Asthma patients.

  • Steel thermos keeps the tea warmer for a whole day.
  • Avoid adding sugar or honey if having the tea with an intention to lose weight.
  • Drink the tea as many times as any other herbal tea.
